Our services can offer clients healing and hope. We like to focus on holistic wellness- this means we will explore your physical, intellectual, emotional, social, spiritual, environmental, and occupational well-being.

We offer a free 30 minute consultation prior to booking a full service as needed.

INDIVIDUAL COUNSELING
Meet with a counselor one on one to identify symptoms, establish goals, and work to make progress.

GROUP COUNSELING
Find our current group sessions

COUPLES/FAMIL COUNSELING
You and your partner and/or family meet with a counselor to work through conflict, problem solve, develop healthy communication, and increase happiness in your relationship.

EQUINE ASSISTED THERAPY
Equine assisted therapy is a therapy technique that incorporates horses using ground work and riding. This technique allows clients to work with their therapist to reduce mental health symptoms, increase self-esteem, work through trauma, gain relationship skills, and develop trust.
PRICING
$150- First session diagnostic assessment(insurance)
$100/session-insurance
$75/session-private pay
equine assisted therapy services- $100 per session for insurance or private pay clients

We are able to provide you with a superbill to send to your insurance company for potential reimbursement for private pay clients. We cannot guarantee cooperation from your insurance company or any amount of reimbursement due to the variability of insurance plans.

We are licensed and trained to diagnose and treat mental health disorders. We do not prescribe medications.
